SALES & ADMINISTRATION SPECIALIST
RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide consistent and excellent customer service

Maintain account relationships (client, dealer, supplier)

Responsible for quoting and invoicing
-
Participate in maintaining and developing pricing for clients and dealers

Manage shipping and delivery of finished goods and samples both locally and internationally
-
Answers phones, emails and mail
-
Manage our Hubspot including client information, task reminders, and templates/snippets
-
Oversee the Production Schedule including maintaining accurate lead times
-
Communicate operations directly with Brent Comber and assist with day-to-day tasks
-
Oversee and order office and shop supplies
-
Assist with event planning including studio visits and talks
-
Assist bookkeeper with needs such as payroll, receipts, and project tracking
-
Responsible for payment processing and vendor registration
-
High school diploma or equivalent
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-
1-2 years experience with Quickbooks or equivalent
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite
-
Aptitude to learn new software and systems
-
Experience in Adobe Creative Suite
-
Experience in marketing and/or social media
-
Must be eligible to work in Canada.
